National Judicial Court on Thursday yan say dey don recommend Justices Adeniyi Ademola and Segun Tokode, both of dem wey dey Federal High Court for compulsory retirement over acts of mago mago.
And on Wednesday, Justice Ademola bin dey claim say him don resign voluntarily.
For statement by NJC Director of Information, Mr. Soji Oye, say on Thursday d Council for dia meeting on Wednesday recommend d two judges to President Muhammadu Buhari for compulsory retirement.
Oye yan say;
“Him explain say d NJC, under d chairmanship of d Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, sanction Justice Ademola after finding d allegations wey bin dey for one petition wey eight persons under d name of ‘Committee of Anambra State PDP House of Representatives Members-Elect’sign against am.
“We wan tell d public say make dem no mind any news wey dey circulate for some news media say Hon. Mr. Justice Ademola don retire voluntarily.
“D voluntary retirement na mago mago as d Council bin don already take action before him decision to forward any voluntary retirement letter.”
