Ezekwesili, wey be former minister, yesterday through her original Twitter handle, @obyezeks, bin yan say Police don arrest she and oda members of her group o, kon detain dem join.
Na so dem kon carry She and her group members enter inside hilux van to d police command for d Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
But d police for statement by dia talk talk person, DSP Anjuguri Manzah kon say dem only bring dem kom Abuja command to prevent breakdown of law and order.
“D FCT Police Command wan to clear d air den set d record straight say dem no arrest or detain Prof Oby Ezekwesili and some members of d Bring Back Our Girls group (BBOG) as some social media platforms bin carry am yesterday o.
“E dey important to d state say dem bring dem come d Command to make sure kata kata and gbege no burst for we obodo as some members of d group bin dey ginger, kon break down security barriers wey police put to stop dia protest for Unity Fountain.
“Na d Commissioner of Police FCT, CP Sadiq Abubakar Bello follow dem talk kon tell dey say d Command work na to protect lives and property so make dem wey be Bring Back Our Girls members to do better business with dia lives.
